Veikko Siulo (W.A. Strandberg) was a professional watchmaker. Siulo worked at both the Vyborg and Kouvola accordion factories in work management positions from 1935 to 1939. He then moved to Merikarvia, where he repaired the accordions. Siulo has apparently made accordions in the 1920s.
