The accordion model in the picture is a rarity in Finland – only a few of these have been produced to Finland, a maximum of maybe 10 pieces. Viljo Vesterinen won his first Nordic championship with this model, because the accordions made at the Vyborg accordion factory were not good enough for him at this stage. Toivo Tamminen and Aarre Lievonen have mentioned this model as the best accordion made in Italy (1920–1930 era). The work quality is mint – inside and out. This four-tone model in was very expensive. Viljo Vesterinen and Martti Jäppilä, players of the Dallapé Orchestra, could afford to get such a Rolls-Royce for accordions.
This model was the last Cooperativa series brought to Finland by Soitin Oy in 1933. The image is scanned from the original ad image. The accordion has been imported to Finland by Soitin Oy.
